Bids for Kids Spring Auction
Celebrate Hawthorne's 50th anniversary at our annual Bids for Kids auction event on March 10th. Hosted by the Hawthorne Elementary School Foundation, our Golden Anniversary Bids for Kids Auction will be celebrated at Marlow's Tavern at the Doubletree Hotel on LaVista Road. This year we will feature an online auction for a week before the live event.

50 for 50 in 50

Hours of Operation:
Building opens for student arrival - 7:00 am

Students' school day - 7:50 am to 2:30 pm

Library hours - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
Wednesday and Friday - 7:15 am to 2:30 pm

Breakfast service from 7:10 am to 7:45 am

After School Extended Day program - 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm

Kindergarten and New Student Registration Information
Please provide the following documents:
1. Proof of Residence - gas, electric, water bills, settlement statement or lease agreement
2. Certified Birth Certificate
3. GA Immunization Form 3231-if not on file already or expired (2nd Varicella must be included)
4. GA Vision, Hearing and Dental Form 3300
5. Parent Photo ID
6. Social Security Card
